Sirens San Diego Event Party Instructions
Thank you for choosing Sirens San Diego Salon and Day Spa to be part of your special day. Our Event Coordinator is here for all of your questions and needs scheduling your special day.We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your assigned appointments and feel free to bring your camera.
Before you come to the salon, take your shower in the morning, not after your hair and makeup are done, this could be a disaster. For formal occasion hair, please be sure your hair is washed the night before and feel free to use styling products before you dry your hair. Try not to over condition your hair. This makes the hair slippery and diffuclt to work with. For formal short hair styling your hair will be washed before styling. All persons should wear a button-down shirt.
At the time of booking you will be provided an event contract as well as a fee schedule. Please be sure to bring up any questions you may have during scheduling.
Our staff looks forward to your visit and being a part of your very special day; we will make every effort to ensure a smooth and relaxing day.
Catering: We can arrange local catering of food, beverages and Champagne Service for your event. Your event day can be very busy so we encourage you to take this time to provide yourselves with nourishment. Please let us know what catering service you would like to enjoy when you schedule your appointments.
Relaxing Environment: Your visit to Sirens may be your only time to relax, so please take this time for yourself to indulge in our eagerness to pamper you and provide a tranquil atmosphere. This is your time and you deserve it.
Appointment Scheduling: In order to accommodate service requests and appointment times for your party, it is imperative that arrangements are confirmed with our Coordinator at least 30 days prior to the event. We understand that unforeseen events can happen in the planning of any occassion and we will make every effort to meet your needs. However, our salon services are often booked quite far in advance and changes within 30 days may not be possible, depending on availability. We greatly appreciate your efforts to finalize all serive needs early in your planning process.
Payment: Payment of 50% of the total charge for desired services is necessary to schedule appointments. The balance is required 2 weeks before your event.
Cancelllation/Refunds: Clients canceling their appointments 2 weeks or more prioir to the event will be refunded their entire deposit. Clients canceling appointments without 2 weeks notice will receive no deposit refund. No refund will be given for memebers of the event party who miss their appointments.
Off site Appointments: Our staff is available to come to you. There is a travel fee and the charge is based on distance and time of appointment needed.
Pricing
Two visits are only required for Brides. If you would like to have trial hair and makeup as well, we can arrange this too.
